Realizing that humanity, after some years of confusion, has begun to reconsider Nature and the problem of its conservation, we created "Borgo alla Quercia," a green island in which the habitats of the animals and plants have not yet been affected by the often excessive and deteriorating presence of humans.
We believe that everyone has the right to visit and enjoy these precious green spaces that are the historic heritage of all, as long as we, in our own best interest, take every care and precaution and respect necessary limitations to "preserve" the environment.
Borgo alla Quercia is home to peacocks, golden pheasants, turtledoves, blackbirds, and young goats living in peaceful liberty, accepting encounters with humans in a relationship of trust, respect and love.
Groups need only one day of advance notice.
If you enjoy the typical cuisine of Lake Garda, with absolutely excellent dishes and the always attentive and discreet services of English-speaking staff (and often also German) come to spend some time with us.

) | The Sala Acquarello is the smaller of the two salons of Borgo alla Quercia, offering 120 seats, with independent access and services, an Italian-style garden where, in good weather, welcome cocktails are served. |

) | The Sala dei Camini, the most spacious area of the Restaurant, offers 270 seats. Inside, a music corner is adjacent to the welcoming buffet room, and connecting with the salon, there is a garden where aperitifs and welcome cocktails are served in summer. |
