Parties and events

Once a month, to allow fans of good food and drink to sample the cuisine of Ristorante Borgo alla Quercia (usually reserved for groups of at least 30 people), we arrange theme "dinner workshops."
During the social gathering, a gastronomy expert briefly illustrates some specific aspects of the items sampled, also creating a cultural and informative opportunity.
